How to use the Exam Countdown Timer
- Adjust the duration with the +/- buttons if you need something other than 1 hour.
- Press Start to begin the countdown.
- Use Pause and Reset anytime to stop or restart the countdown.
- When the timer reaches zero, an alarm sounds automatically. Many people pair it with the Pomodoro Technique: work with full focus until the timer ends, then take a short break before starting the next session.
